This ultra-moist and buttery pineapple upside down cake is infused with pineapple juice and a hint of almond flavor. The beautiful topping is a caramelized cherry, pineapple and brown sugar topping that seeps down into the golden brown cake as it bakes creating a burst of fruity pineapple flavor. Delicious!!
